Preparation brief and budget
The very first thing we do is organise a consultation to discuss your interior design project, determining the budget, timescale and aesthetic you’d like. We then talk through the goals you hope to achieve from your new space so that we can work towards meeting these.
Concept design
Next, our creative team will start to design your perfect room, working on visuals and 3D models; we also explore various styles and finishes as we develop the room’s layout and floor plan and consider which furnishings and lighting will be best for the room. Once our designers have brainstormed and come up with some exciting designs, we’ll share them with you.
Design development
When you are happy with the selected design, we’ll look into it in more detail, thinking about the needs of constructors also.
Technical design
We then create a detailed technical construction pack and develop furniture, fixtures and equipment specifications as well as finishing schedules.
Construction
We work closely with trusted contractors throughout the construction process to make sure that the project is completed to a high quality.
Handover and close out
Finally, we will visit the site to make any final changes to the new space to ensure it fulfills the brief.
