E-Design, how does it work ?

“This is our online service for interior design, giving you an alternative to the full interior design service which often proves to be more simple and affordable. This is a fully virtual service, meaning there is no need for face to face meetings and unnecessary travel.

If you want to keep a hand on budget and have involvement in the design process this is one of the advantages of the E-Design service. We provide you with sound design direction and you have access to our expertise which in turn helps you to learn the design process and get the best results. We can take the project one room at a time, so you can move at your own pace, build your confidence and work to a way that suits your budget.

To get started it’s as simple as filling out the questionnaire below and then we get in touch to gather any additional information that’s relevant. Once the brief is then set out and agreed, we work to create the best design for your project with the best guidelines for you to implement. It really is that easy!

The stages

1. COMPLETE OUR ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRE 

The questionnaire request the package you require and your basic details, the room(s) requirements and your design goals.

2. DESIGNER INTRODUCTION 

Once all of this information is received, your designer will schedule a 30-minute phone call with you to personally introduce themselves and chat through your questionnaire to make sure we have everything we need from you.

We will ask you to send us via e-mail all your photos, videos & measurements of the room(s) as well as details of any existing furnishings including sizes.  It’s also very helpful if you share with us any inspirational images or invite us to your Pinterest board to enable us to clearly understand your vision.

3. PAYMENT

We will send an invoice for your package and once payment received, we can begin the design process.

4. THE DESIGN PROCESS

Leave all of the information with us for up to three weeks, depending on the size of your project.

6. THE HANDOVER

 You will receive from us, a beautifully tailored design package including design notes & styling tips which will allow you to implement your new design.
