Depending on the size of your project, the interior design process may look different as we tailor each project to suit our client’s needs:
Step 1:
Design brief
Firstly, we take the time to sit down with our client and find out their needs, budget, timescales and style so that we can create a brief which identifies your goals and vision.
Step 2:
Concept design
Using our specialist tools and softwares, we will create floor plans, spatial layouts and design styles so that we can begin to visualise the project. Aspects such as the furniture and lighting will also be considered at this stage.
Step 3:
Design development
We look into the specifics of the design such as materials and finishes whilst also considering the constructors requirements.
Step 4:
Technical design
Once the design is signed off, we will dive into the technical design stage where we will create a detailed technical construction pack for the project (including electrical requirements and proposed new details for the build).
Step 5:
Construction
We work closely with trusted subcontractors to build and complete the work on site.
Step 6:
Handover and closeout
We will then visit the project site for inspection to ensure that both ourselves and the client are happy with the work.
