Information Collection and Purpose

We will collect your information by telephone, electronic and written correspondence or via our website. We may ask you for information including your full name, private/business address, job title, contact telephone numbers and email address. We may also ask you for other information that relates to the service you are using or ordering. We do not knowingly process personal data of children under 16.

The information is collected for the purpose of providing clients with information, advice and guidance relating to design and property services.

How We Use Personal Data

We will only use your data for the purposes we have specified. Your data will not be shared with any third parties (unless specifically requested or agreed in advance by yourselves). Personal data means any information which relates to a living individual who can be identified either directly or indirectly by reference to an identifier such as their name, email address and other personal details. We will process and store this personal information internally only and will not disclose it to any third parties without your express permission. We will, however, provide information when required to do so by law, for example under a court order, or in response to properly made demands, under powers contained in Data Protection legislation.

Under Data Protection law, we have the following legal bases for processing your personal information:

  • it is necessary for our legitimate interests, specifically enabling us to provide the services we are engaged to deliver to you or prior to such engagement.

Certain personal data, such as health information, is called “special category data” or “sensitive data” and we will not collect or process such data without your prior written consent.

Data Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.

Electronic data will be stored on secure computing devices and/or databases and access will be permitted only to those with a need to know. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We do not process data outside the UK.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • see any of the personal data we hold about you;

  • have your personal data corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;

  • ask us to remove or delete personal data where we are not entitled to hold this, or if there is no good reason for its continued processing;

  • restrict or stop us processing your personal data in certain circumstances;

  • withdraw consent (where relevant) at any time;

  • make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you think we are doing something wrong;
