After the success of Sustainable Style in 2024 which brought together over 120 designers, architects, and industry professionals - we’re so proud to be supporting the next edition of this inspiring design event: Texture Talks - Materials and Finishes in Interior Architecture & Design! 

Join us for an exciting and informative panel and networking event centred on the transformative power of textures, materials, and finishes in interior design and architecture. At this event, leading industry experts will share their insights on how a deep understanding of the best materials and finishes can drive more creative, dynamic, and functional design solutions. We’re thrilled to welcome an incredible lineup of industry leaders to Texture Talks — each bringing a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and experience to the conversation.

Vanessa Brady OBE
President of the Society of British and International Interior Design (SBID), Vanessa is a globally respected figure in the design world. Her influence spans decades, and her commitment to design excellence has shaped some of the industry’s highest standards.

Matt Robb
Representing The Stone Federation, Matt brings deep expertise in the natural stone industry, sustainability, and architectural applications - offering a grounded perspective on materials and texture in design.

Michael Grubb
Founder of Michael Grubb Studio and an award-winning lighting designer, Mike is known for his innovative approach to light as an essential element of spatial storytelling. His work combines artistry with function to enhance environments through illumination.

Matt Evans
An award-winning landscape designer, Matt’s vision seamlessly blends nature with human experience. His approach to texture in outdoor spaces brings a unique and essential voice to our panel.

Max McMurdo

Designer, upcycler, author and TV personality with a passion for sustainable design. Max is the founder of Reestore, a company creating stylish furniture from reclaimed materials, and is also known for his work on shows such as George Clarke’s Amazing Spaces, Interior Design Masters, Tool Club, and Cash in the Spare Room. Max brings a wealth of experience in eco-conscious design and will share insights into innovative reuse and the creative potential of materials often overlooked.
