At KTM Design, we provide a comprehensive interior architecture and design service, guiding your project from concept to completion. Our tailored packages cover all aspects of the design process for a seamless and efficient experience.

Our interior design process follows RIBA’s Plan of Work, the UK’s definitive model for building design and construction. For smaller projects, we adapt the stages to suit, ensuring flexibility. We tailor each project to the client’s needs, so you may or may not require all of these stages.

  • Concept & Space Planning – Optimising layouts for functionality, efficiency, and flow.

  • Mood Boards & Style Direction – Defining the aesthetic vision with curated materials and finishes.

  • 3D Visuals & Design Development – Bringing concepts to life through 3D models, renderings, animations and detailed plans.

  • Furniture, Artwork & Accessories Selection – Sourcing and selecting bespoke furniture, artwork, accessories, and plants to complement the space.

  • Ordering & Delivery – Coordinating the ordering, delivery, and installation of all furniture and design elements.

  • Technical Documentation – Producing comprehensive drawings, including floor plans, elevations, bespoke joinery, and finishes schedules.

  • Lighting & M&E Coordination – Designing integrated lighting schemes and coordinating mechanical & electrical elements.

  • Construction Support – Working with your chosen contractor or introducing you to our trusted professionals.

  • Project Management – Overseeing the full process, including architectural and structural engineering services if required.

  • Delivery & Final Styling – Managing installation and adding the finishing touches for a cohesive space.

  • Exterior & Signage Design – Where required, integrating branding and façade elements.

We can manage the entire project or focus solely on the interior architecture and design, tailoring our services to your specific needs. Get in touch to discuss your project!
