Award-winning take-away chain Chicken & Blues approached KTM to undertake the design of some of their restaurants. The brief for the Winton restaurant was to design a vibrant, forward-thinking scheme that is a brand new concept for Chicken & Blues. The result is a high-energy, family-friendly restaurant.
