Manakish and Naanza

KTM Design was commissioned by Manakish and Naanza to create an interior design concept for their new permanent store, following the success of their Covent Garden pop-up. Our team was tasked with finding finishes, furniture and features that were reflective of the brand's black and red guidelines, while remaining financially viable and transferable to future locations.

Our design concept combines modern and sleek elements but keeps a focus on the traditional Manakish oven and subtle Lebanese influence through arabic patterns and a warm colour scheme. Warm woods and fabrics, along with pops of red tones, black and concrete, create a trendy industrial and urban interior. The inviting counter features an illuminated display glass front and the traditional wood-fired oven in the background.

The exterior features a bold restaurant front with red signage and industrial outdoor seating, while the window display showcases shelves for product display. The design concept is both inviting and functional, providing a consistent brand image across all future store locations.
