KTM have designed a luxurious house in the heart of Sandbanks. Natural materials paired with a soft colour palette creates an inviting space for the residents to enjoy.

A warm, relaxing space through the use of neutral colours paired with organic materials such as wood and stone. This is contrasted nicely with black accents, and the use of greenery creates a strong connection to the outside.

Utilising natural light was key in creating a bright and open space; floor to ceiling windows allow light to flood the rooms as well as framing the amazing Sandbanks scenery!

Earth tones and natural materials feature in all aspects of the house, even continuing down into the lower level swimming pool. Wood and stone evoke interest and accent lighting creates a zen atmosphere.

This unique house boasts many stunning features - we can’t wait to see our design come to life!
