Let’s Hit Refresh


September has always felt like a fresh start. I associate it with new beginnings, goal-setting and ambition. There is something very energising about the month. Right now I am focusing on objecting more ‘calm’ into my life. Yoga, surfing and paddle boarding, long walks surrounded by nature and good food. The wellness movement is huge and only getting bigger. Turning off phones and giving ourselves a break from everything that is being thrown at us is a sure way to restore some calmness and channel our creativity.

I’ve been taking some time to practice my cooking skills and host friends and family, keeping those summer vibes for as long as possible before the weather turns for good this year. What do you think is the real key to living life well?
